Advocate Ravinder Singh Dhull is the Founding Partner of M & D Law Associates LLP, with over 22 years of active practice at the Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh. His practice spans constitutional law, service law, criminal defence, PIL, revenue and land matters, corporate advisory, and public interest advocacy.
A former Additional Advocate General of Haryana, he has appeared in landmark matters before the Supreme Court of India, the Punjab & Haryana High Court, and various district courts and tribunals across Haryana and Punjab. He has filed over 50 Public Interest Litigations on issues ranging from governance accountability to digital rights, and has submitted more than 3,000 RTI applications — making him one of the most prolific RTI practitioners in the region.
Beyond litigation, Advocate Dhull serves as National Media Panelist for the Indian National Congress and State Spokesperson for the Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee. He is also the architect of two pioneering legal technology platforms — Juris Altus and DraftSahayak — that are redefining access to legal knowledge and services in India.
He is a writer, traveller, and rationalist thinker who has travelled extensively including to the UK, Europe, and Pakistan. He maintains a YouTube channel and has authored Hindi creative writings spanning philosophical essays, fiction, and memoir.
