M & D Law Associates LLP was founded in 2003 by Advocate Ravinder Singh Dhull with a singular vision: to deliver legal services of the highest calibre while remaining committed to the public interest and the rule of law.
Over the past two decades, the firm has grown from a litigation-focused practice into a full-service legal institution spanning 30 practice areas. With its principal seat at the Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, and operations extending to Delhi-NCR, the firm serves a diverse clientele ranging from individuals and small businesses to large corporations, government bodies, and public interest organisations.
The firm's practice is distinguished by its deep roots in constitutional law and public interest litigation — with over 50 PILs filed and more than 3,000 RTI applications submitted. In recent years, M & D Law Associates LLP has pioneered the integration of legal technology into traditional practice, launching two digital platforms — Juris Altus and DraftSahayak — that are redefining access to legal knowledge and services across India.
Advocate Ravinder Singh Dhull enrolled at the Punjab & Haryana High Court (Bar No. P-991/2003). Practice commenced at Chandigarh.

Appointed Additional Advocate General of Haryana. Practice expanded to cover corporate advisory, banking and real estate matters.
